This tour is not fully accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. For security reasons backpacks, bags and purses are not allowed inside the Doge's Palace: free storage.
Cancellation with at least 3 days notice is fully refundable. In case of bad weather conditions and / or force majeure, you are invited to contact us in order to verify the feasibility of the service and assess, in case of cancellation, the best solution which can be a refund or postponement of the service to the first available date.
