We offer private services specifically designed for cruise passengers. We provide a transfer service with private vehicles and a professional driver, who will discreetly provide you with all the assistance you need during your trip.
The professional driver will be waiting for you at your cruise terminal with a sign with your name on it. The duration of the transfer from the Venice Cruise Terminal to Venice Marco Polo Airport is approximately 30 minutes (service also available in the opposite direction). The transfer will be private and therefore not shared with other travellers. Depending on the number of participants, we have a large fleet of cars available, all top-of-the-range air-conditioned vehicles.

TRANSFER SERVICE DETAILS
- 6 suitcases and 6 hand luggage are the maximum number allowed
- After the first 15 minutes free of charge from the scheduled meeting time, a supplement of 10 euros per 15 minutes will be charged to the driver
- After 30 minutes from the scheduled meeting time, if no information is received from you, the service will be considered cancelled as a no-show and the full amount will be charged

To customise this service please contact us directly, within 24 working hours you will receive our feedback and the best tailor-made solutions for you.
Once you have made your booking you will automatically receive a voucher to show at the time of the service. Please indicate any motor problems in advance in order to ensure the best possible quality of service. We also ask you to inform us of your arrival details, such as time and flight/cruise identification.
A cancellation fee of 100% is charged in case of cancellation 4 days or less before the event;
In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee is charged
