Once you make the reservation you will automatically receive a voucher to print and show at the time of service. It is advisable to arrive at the departure point 10 minutes before the indicated time. This tour is not fully accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
Cancellation with at least 3 days notice is fully refundable. In case of non-attendance at the time of departure (no-show), cancellation after the deadline or abandonment of the service before its end, there is no refund. In case of bad weather conditions and / or force majeure, you are invited to contact us in order to verify the feasibility of the service and assess, in case of cancellation, the best solution which can be a refund or postponement of the service to the first available date. If foreseeable well in advance, you will also receive our notice of change/cancellation of the service. The tour is not considered private but is shared with other guests not belonging to the same group.
