Please be advised that it is compulsory to print a paper copy of the voucher issued at the end of the online reservation and bring it with you the day of the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure time.
Please let us know in advance your chosen departure location, or one to be evaluated together, and the possible need for personalized transfers and/or other additional services.
Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%.
In case of no-show at the meeting point at the time indicated on the voucher, cancellation after the deadline or abandonment of the service before its end there is no refund.
